Period Promise (formerly known as Tampon Tuesday) is all about making menstrual products accessible to those who need them.

Join us on Tuesday, March 4th, from 5–7 PM at Mane St. Cafe & Lounge for an evening of connection and giving back. Hosted with OC Beauty, this event helps support menstrual equity in our community.

Admission is simple—just bring one unopened box of menstrual products to donate.

Docs On Ice

Docs on Ice is the premier Ontario Physician Ice Hockey Tournament that annually brings together over 800 physicians to various communities within Ontario. This two-day tournament not only fosters camaraderie among medical professionals but also serves a noble cause—raising awareness and funds for local charities.
